When we meet
Every other Monday
We meet every other Monday for two hours from 3 - 5:00 PM EST. Register on Eventbrite to receive the login information — you'll need to register separately for each Monday you'd like to attend. Come prepared on your computer (not your phone) and ready to share your screen if you want to be in the hot seat and work through one of your programs/projects live.

Q: What if I don't know what to bring or ask?
That's actually a perfect place to start. Bring the thing you've been avoiding — the offer you haven't launched, the page you keep rewriting, the content you've drafted a dozen times. We'll figure out what it needs together, whether that's clearer words or a calmer nervous system.
Q: Is this marketing coaching or emotional/somatic work?
Both — on purpose. Most marketing problems aren't actually marketing problems. We'll fix the words on the page and meet the parts of you that aren't ready to share them yet. You don't have to choose between strategy and depth here.
Q: Do I have to be on camera or take a hot seat?
Not at all. You're welcome to show up, observe, and absorb. Many people get their biggest breakthroughs just from watching someone else's hot seat and recognizing themselves in it. Come as you are.
Q: Is Momentum Lab right for me if I'm just starting out?

Q: Will there be a replay?
